THE MENTAL TORMENT
Alone now and tired ,
The night it has gone.
A body stressed and weakened,
My minds they carry on.
One moment I am joyful,
The other I am sad,
Then I am well, then I am bad.
A characters induction,
The experiences he has had.
Fate and fortune passed my way,
Both of me now mad.
A mind possessed that carries on,
A head with eyes that weep,
Spent, fatigued and aching,
Once more it fails to sleep.
Limbs, heart and eyes are seeking,
The needed comfort of their bed,
Relaxed in comfort, yet ill at ease,
For they feed the beast in my head.
